Freshman merit scholarships are determined by the official cumulative grade point average (GPA) and official SAT and/or ACT test scores. The cumulative GPA used is either the weighted or un-weighted GPA from the official high school transcript, whichever is higher. The SAT test scores are determined by adding the highest individual critical reasoning score and the highest math score from any tests taken. In addition, Bay Path uses the highest ACT composite test score from any tests taken.Transfer merit scholarships are calculated by the official cumulative grade point average (GPA) of prior college level work.

Scholarships are available to first-time, degree-seeking and transfer students for Fall 2009 in the campus-based undergraduate program and applied to full-time academic tuition only. Scholarship eligibility may vary within categories according to a student's actual test score and grade point average. Scholarships are renewable as long as students are making satisfactory academic progress toward their degree. Scholarship recipients should refer to their scholarship letters for academic renewal standards.
